Section 33(6) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
(6)Where the licensee shifts his residence to another place within the said ten kilometres or shifts his residence beyond the said distance, he shall, within a fortnight of shifting to the new residence, intimate in writing the new address to the officer in charge of the Sanctuary or National Park.
