ORAL ORDER
2 20-09-2017The learned counsel, Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh for the petitioners submitted that the suit was abated by the court below on the application filed by the respondents rejecting the substitution application along with prayer for setting aside abatement by the petitioners.
Issue notice to the respondents in admission matter for which the petitioners shall file the necessary requisites in ordinary process only within two weeks after Chhath holidays.
In the meantime, further proceeding in Title Suit No.25 of 2001 pending in the Court of Subordinate Judge-III, Saharsa shall remain stayed.
