24.11.2023 In terms of order dated 20.10.2023, I.O. is present before the Court. Mr. Sunil Sethi, learned senior counsel submits that response has been filed. The status of the investigation regarding the FIR registered against the petitioners as well as the FIR, which has been registered at his instance in which he has made an allegation against the then SHO and has also produced the evidence regarding the same. Let fresh status report regarding both the FIRs be filed separately by or before next date of hearing.
