Respondent(s) ORDER This review petition has been filed against Order dated 17th December, 2013 whereby the applications were dismissed. Despite the fact that there is a delay of 9 days in filing the review petition for which no satisfactory explanation has been furnished, we have considered the review petition on merits. In our opinion, no case for review of Order dated 17th December, 2013 is made out. Consequently, the review petition is dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
