1. Mr. Biswaroop Bhattacharya, learned counsel representing the appellant, submits that the respondent no. 1 has also preferred an appeal being MAT 1006 of 2023 and by reason of wrong instruction given on the earlier occasion the case number has been wrongly typed as MAT 106 of 2023.
2. Under such circumstances, both the matters are required to be heard together.
3. MAT 1113 of 2023 shall appear along with MAT 1006 of 2023 on 11th December, 2023.
2. MAT 1006 of 2023 shall be served upon Mr. Pratik Majumder, learned advocate on record for the appellant, in the mean time. (Uday Kumar, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.) 2
