87.
Where the information in question is in the nature of a complaint by a person or body charging the Pharmacist with infamous conduct in professional respect such complaint shall be made in writing addressed to the Registrar and shall state the grounds of complaint and shall be accompanied by one or more declarations as to the facts of the case.
