Section 3(1) in The M.P. Rajya Matsya Vikas Nigam Adhiniyam, 1979
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint, there shall be established for the purposes of this Act, a Nigam to be known as the Madhya Pradesh Rajya Matsya Vikas Nigam.
