Section 35A(8)(a) in THE CONSTITUTION (APPLICATION TO JAMMU AND KASHMIR) ORDER, 1954

(a)In clause (1) of article 303, the words "by virtue of any entry relat-ing to trade and commerce in any of the Lists in the Seventh Schedule"shall be omitted.
