Special Appeal thereagainst by the State of Rajasthan been stayed.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner prays for liberty to withdraw this petition and file a fresh if occasion so warrants subsequent to the disposal / decision of the D.B. Special Appeal against the order of the learned Single Judge, referred to above.
She is permitted to do so.
Contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for.
