89. Appeal, review or revision in certain cases.
- An appeal, review or revision in respect of any order passed in the matter of tax recoverable under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 55, section 56,section 57 or section 59 shall lie in the manner, and to the authority, as may be prescribed.
