Section 2 in THE KERALA EDUCATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021
2. Amendment of section 4.—
In the Kerala Education Act, 1958 (6 of 1959) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 4,—(a)in sub-section (1), for the words “Department of Education”, the words “Department of General Education” shall be substituted;(b)in sub-section (2), for the words “Director of Public Instruction”, the words “Director of General Education” shall be substituted.
