2. Sri Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport, is directed to prepare a checklist for the benefit of the Bus Operators with reference to the relevant Rules and Regulations. He shall also submit a separate document noting down all the Rules and Regulations applicable to Sleeper Coaches as Part-A and the Rules and Regulations which generally apply to all Contract Carriages as Part-B.
3. Interim Order granted earlier shall continue till the next listing.
4. Tag this Writ Petition along with W.P.No.33141 of 2025 and list on 06.01.2026 among the first five items.
