Section 3(4)(i) in Chhattisgarh Minerals (Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2009

(i)The owner or the Driver of the vehicle carrying the mineral is responsible for the strict compliance of these instructions and present the mineral transit pass and other relevant document to the Authorised Officer on demand for inspection and co-operate him in inspection.
