Section 10(7) in Goa Computerised Network Lottery Rules, 2003
(7)If any ticket is issued to the purchaser beyond the specified time at any place and in the event of such ticket winning any prize, the ticket shall not be· honoured by the Government and it will be the responsibility of the marketing agent to compensate such purchaser of the ticket.
