Section 52(1)(a) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001

(a)The Authority may notify the areas to be covered under Heritage Zone in consultation with Archaeological Survey of India, State Department of Archaeology, where no multi-storeyed building shall be permitted. The maximum building height in these areas shall be limited to 10 meters with maximum FAR of 1.5.
