                                             ORDER

Date : 29/10/2021 By our earlier order dated 24.03.2021, the petitioner was allowed to effect dasti service on the respondent No.4 being Government Banikanta College of Teacher Education (IASE-GHY). An affidavit has been filed that the dasti notice was effected on 01.04.2021. But inspite of such service, none appears for the respondent No.4.

None appearance of the said respondent is interfering with the administration of justice of this Court inasmuch as their presence is necessary.

To determine the issue the Coordinator of the study centre of Government Banikanta College of Teacher Education, (IASE-GHY) shall remain personally present before the Court on 01.11.2021.

Registry to inform the Coordinator through appropriate message regarding the requirement of personal presence.

Ms. R. Bora, learned counsel appears for the respondent NIIOS.
