Section 12(2) in The U.P. Co-Operative Processing Units and Cold Storage Centralised Service Rules, 1981
(2)The members of the Service shall be entitled to dearness allowance at the rates admissible to State Government employees and also to such other allowances as may be determined by the Authority from time to time with the prior approval of the Registrar.
