(2)For any loan incurred by a local authority for improvement of a hat situated in the area which has been excluded from the territorial jurisdiction of Town Committee or Municipality, the liability or repayment of such loan with interest, shall be transferred to such Town Committee or Municipality, under order of the Government.Chapter-VIII Disqualification of the President, Vice-President & Member of Zilla Parishad, Anchalik Panchayatand Gaon Panchayat.
