Section 43 in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
43. Duration of Executive Committee.
(1)The term of the Executive Committee shall be for five years from the date of its constitution by election of its members from amongst members in the Central Council:Provided that if any casual vacancy occurs in the Executive Committee by reasons of death or resignation or cessation of membership of the Central Council or for any other reason, the vacancy shall be filled up for the remaining period by election from amongst members of the Central Council".(2)A member of the Executive Committee shall be eligible for re-election.
