Section 4(3) in The Orissa Nurses and Midwives Registration Act, 1938
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, an outgoing member shall, unless the State Government otherwise directs continue in office until the election or nomination of his or her successor is notified under Subsection (3) of Section 3.
