(a)[ the first Kulpati, the first Registrar and the first Finance Officer shall be appointed by the Kuladhipati on the advice of the State Government and they shall be governed by the terms and conditions of service specified in their respective order of appointment : [Clauses (a) and (b) Substituted by Madhya Pradesh Act No. 10 of 1992, Section 3(i).]
