Section 4 in The Bombay Labour Welfare Board (Reconstitution) Order, 1959.
4. Transfer of certain assets of existing Board.
- Subject to the other provisions of this Order, as from the appointed day, all machinery, stores, articles and other goods belonging to the existing Board and mentioned in Statements I, II and III shall pass to and vest in the new Board.
