Section 10(2) in Chhattisgarh Biological Diversity Rules, 2015
(2)The Member Secretary shall be responsible for day to day administration of the Board. He/She shall also be responsible for implementation of various activities or programmes approved by the Board. He/She may also utilize funds released by National Biodiversity Authority as per their direction;
