Section 199(1)(e) in West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993

(e)that in any street, portion of street or locality specified in such notice, the construction of any one or more of the different classes of buildings like residential, commercial, business, assembly, mercantile, industrial, institutional, storage or hazardous buildings, shall not be allowed without the special permission of the Board of Councilors.
