Section 250(2) in The Building And Other Construction Workers '(Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Central Rules, 1998
(2)the experts referred to in sub-rule (1) shall,-(a)possess a degree in the relevant field from a recognised university;(b)possess not less than ten years 'experience of working in the relevant field out of which at least five years shall be in the field of occupational safety, health and environment.
