Section 16(b) in The Rajasthan Adaptation of Laws (On State and Concurrent Subjects) Order, 1956
(b)whether such translation has been published or not, the provisions of the said law as enacted in Hindi shall be deemed to have been adapted to the extent necessary to give full effect to the adaptations first mentioned above.
