Section 12(3) in THE DELHI SKILL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIVERSITY ACT, 2019
(3)The Vice-Chancellor shall be the principal academic and executive officer of the University and shall beresponsible for proper administration of the University and for imparting instruction and maintenance of disciplinetherein and give effect to the decisions of all the authorities of the University and all other staff of the University shallbe subordinate to him;
