1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner prays for expeditious proceedings.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from the order-sheet annexed, it is clear that the unnecessary adjournments have been sought by the respondents.
3. In light of such limited submission, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to conduct the proceedings in an expeditious manner by granting minimum adjournment strictly in accordance with law.
