    ..Vs..

The Sub Registrar
O/o.The Sub Registrar
Pallavaram, Chennai 600091. .. Respondent

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2016.

		For Petitioner	: Mr.C.V.Kumar
		For Respondent	: Mr.P.Senthilvel
					   Government Advocate

O R D E R

Heard Mr.C.V.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate accepting notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2 The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider his representation dated 03.09.2016, in which the petitioner has requested for registration of a deed to annul the cancellation deed.

3 According to the petitioner, initially the property was settled in favour of his daughter Raziya and it appears that subsequently, there was some differences between the petitioner and his daughter and therefore, registered the Cancellation Deed dated 12.07.2010. Now it appears that the disputes and differences have been resolved and the petitioner wants to cancel the Cancellation Deed and he has sent a representation dated 03.09.2016 to the petitioner by Speed Post. The procedure adopted by the petitioner is erroneous. If he wants to register any document, he has to prepare the draft of the document and along with his daughter, he should appear before the respondent. If the petitioner does so, then the respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law.

4 The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.

16.09.2016 AP NOTE:Issue order copy on 19.09.2016.
