Section 14(2) in Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 1985
(2)The Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority shall so exercise the powers of supervision referred to under this Act may be necessary to ensure that each development project is executed in the interest of the over-all development of the Guwahati Metropolitan Area and in accordance with the approved Master Plan.
