Section 278(5) in Goa Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(5)The amount of pension shall be [three hundred rupees] [Substituted 'One thousand rupees' by Notification No. 24/24/2010-LAB/432, dated 10.4.2015.], per mensem. An increase of twenty five rupees shall be given for every completed year of service beyond two years.The Board may, with the previous approval of the Government revise the pension. The beneficiary however shall not be entitled to the benefits under any identical schemes introduced by the Government with the exception of the benefits admissible under the statutes in force.
