Section 18(ii) in The Punjab School Education Board (Penalties for Misconduct and use of Unfair Means in the Matriculation and Higher Secondary Examinations) Regulations, 1979
(ii)his conduct shall be reported to the Registrars of all Universities in India if he is on the rolls of a College or a University Department for such action as they deem fit to take in the matter;
