Section 1 in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (tariff for Captive Power Plants) Regulations, 2007
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These Regulations may be called 'The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (tariff for Captive Power Plants) Regulations, 2007', in short RERC (CPP) Regulations'. These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official gazette.(2)These Regulations will be applicable on captive Power plants excluding power plants based on Renewable Energy Sources.
