                      MANDAL
                      ORAL ORDER

3 09-05-2013

Mr. V.K. Singh for the petitioner and AC to GP-17 for the State are present.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner after looking at the marginal notes, fairly states that this contempt application arose out of a general direction passed by this Court stood dismissed as against opposite party nos. 2 to 4. He has, therefore, fairly stated that the application has now become incompetent. Learned counsel, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to approach the concerned authority for redressal of grievance(s) if they still exist.

The application is dismissed.
