(1)There shall be a Board of Management of the University which shall be the principal executive body of the University. The Chancellor shall, as soon as the first Vice- Chancellor is appointed, take action to constitute such Board in accordance with the provisions of the Statutes.(2)The Board of Management shall consist of such members, exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
