Section 10(v) in The Rajasthan Grant & Payment of Old Age Pension Rules, 1974
(v)Where the amount of pension is remitted by money order, the postman (under agreement with the postal authority) shall disburse the amount to the destitute only and to no one else, in the presence of a literate person who shall record a certificate of identification.
