Section 2(j) in The U.P. Foodgrains (Procurement and Regulation of Trade) Order, 1982
(j)"Specified price" means in relation to Grade I of any variety of foodgrains mentioned in the Schedule shall subject to quality cuts specified in the said Schedule be the price as declared by the State Government from time to time;
