Section 24 in The Rajasthan Boiler Attendants' Rules, 1954
24. Refund of fees.
-Candidates once admitted to an examination under these rules shall not be entitled to any refund of fees. Where a candidate is unavoidably absent from the examination on the date fixed, the Chairman of the Board of Examiners may allow him to appear without payment of a second fees at the next examination.
