1. This hearing has been done in physical Court.
2. The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned Award dated 11th September, 2020, passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Rouse Avenue Courts, by which the Respondent/Workman (hereinafter, "Workman") has been reinstated in service, with full back wages, along with consequential relief as per the last drawn wages @ Rs. 8554/- per month, with effect from 22nd May, 2014.
3. The submission of Mr. Rakesh Kakar, ld. counsel for the Petitioner, is that the workman has a history of indulging in violent conduct while working for the Petitioner, and he had entered into physical fights with other Workmen. The Workman has, in fact, given an apology to that extent as well. He was terminated by the Management due to his conduct and thereafter he was running an auto rickshaw during this period. This has been admitted by him in the cross-examination before the labour court.
4. Issue notice to the Workman, returnable on the next date.
