(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Arvind Bharti Vidyalaya Samiti, Jaipur, a Society registered under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Act No. 28 of 1958) at Registration No. 170/Jaipur/1975- 76, dated 29.10.1975 in the office of the Registrar, Societies, Jaipur;
