Section 579(4) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(4)The Corporation shall pay to the State Government out of the Municipal Fund any amount paid by the State Government on account of salary, pension, leave and other allowances of a Municipal Magistrate under sub-section (2) together with the cost of establishment of such Magistrate and all other incidental charges in connection with such establishment.
