Section 13(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Councils/Nagar Panchayats (Conduct of Election) Rules, 1965
(1)On the expiry of the time allowed for withdrawal of candidature under Rule 12(1) the Election Officer shall prepare a list in Form-IV of persons whose nominations have not been rejected and who have not withdrawn their candidature which may be called as list of contesting candidates and publish it on the notice board of the Municipal Office forth-with whether or not it is a public holiday and in any case atleast twelve days before the date fixed for the election.
