Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Regular Suit no.137 of 2024 before Civil Judge (J.D) Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar filed seeking relief of cancellation of sale deed dated 12.10.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length submits that she may be granted permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh, in case, if any cause for expedition arises in future relating to a suit of the year 2024.
The petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
