% 16.02.2022 CM APPL. 8571/2022 Issue notice. Mr. Tarkeshwar Nath, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the appellant.
Mr. Krishnan, learned Senior Counsel, submits that on 19.01.2022, this Court directed the appellant to deposit the awarded amount, as modified by the impugned order, within four weeks and subject to the said deposit, the execution was to remained stayed. He submits that the respondents have now realised that, in fact, no amount is depositable by the appellant in terms of the impugned order. Consequently, we dispense with the requirement of the appellant making any deposit in this Court.
Application stands disposed.
