Section 12(1) in Tamil Nadu Local Bodies (Election of Members to the District Planning Committee) Rules, 1999
(1)In pursuance of the notification of the State Election Commission under sub-rule (1) of rule 11, the Returning Officer shall publish on the date specified by the State Election Commission in the offices of the local bodies, a notice of election in Form-3.
