Section 22(2)(a) in The West Bengal Clinical Establishments (Registration, Regulation and Transparency) Act, 2017

(a)Every officer authorized under sub-section (1) shall conduct the inspection and submit a report to the prescribed authority within seven days of completion of any inspection by him in such manner as may be prescribed.
