Section 8(14) in Rules for the Election of Members including the President and the Vice-President of the Rajasthan Pharmacy Council and the Members of the executive committee of the said council, 1968
(14)when the counting of votes has been completed, the Returning Officer shall declare the candidate or candidature having large number of valid votes as duly elected;
