Section 20 in Spicer Adventist University Act, 2014
20. Authorities of University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely :-(a)The Governing body ;(b)The Board of Management ;(c)The Academic Council ;(d)The Board of Examinations ; and(e)Such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
