(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-rule(1), the Government shall determine, in consultation with the commission, the method of recruitment to be employed for the purpose of filling any particular vacancies in the Service and the number of candidates to be recruited by each method.Part-III Recruitment by Competitive Examinations
