Section 60 in The Goa Rehabilitation Board Act, 2006
60. Investment of sinking fund.
- All money paid into a sinking fund shall, as soon as possible, be invested by the Board,-(a)in Government securities; or(b)in securities guaranteed by the Central Government or a State Government.
